What is the pressure at your nitrogen monitoring point? Based on the flow data you described, it’s necessary to take both high and low flow rates into consideration; the range ratio should be at least 40:1. Moreover, considering the high flow rates that may occur during production, the range needs to be even wider. A flow meter with a ratio of 1 to 40 will not perform well under any circumstances; it is recommended to purchase two flow meters and use them in parallel – one for normal production and two when operating at full capacity.

Hello. Does this one have a diameter parameter? When selecting a flow meter, there are five key parameters that must be considered – this is basic common sense. Claiming that it can perform measurements without having all these parameters is not a scientific approach. Original poster, please provide all the parameters: medium, pipe diameter, flow rate range, operating pressure range, operating temperature range. If possible, also include information on the layout of the pipes on site, signal output requirements, power supply requirements, and whether explosion protection is needed.
