Selection of toluene nitration tar flowmeter

In the nitration of toluene, ***toluene tar is obtained after separation; it has a density of 1.16 and relatively high viscosity at room temperature. It is planned to burn this material in an incinerator, and I am looking for a flow meter with a capacity of around 1.5 cubic meters per hour. The instrumentation technician recommended an vortex flow meter, but I’m concerned that it may not be suitable. I hope experts can help me choose the right one.
There must be a data range; in other words, the Reynolds number must be at least 1000 for installation to be considered
