The Rosemount 1199 flange and threaded seal systems, which have been in use for over 30 years, will be gradually replaced by the 1299 series starting from October 2025. Emerson will use the new 1299 remote diaphragm worldwide; it will maintain the same compatibility, form, and functionality as the 1199, ensuring a seamless transition of the components.
This series of products currently supports 14 sealing types and 18 diaphragm materials to accommodate various application environments in measurement sites. The connection styles listed below will be gradually transitioned in their entirety to the 1299 model: FFW, RFW, EFW, PFW, RTW, RCW, FCW, FUV, FVW, HTS, WSP, UCP, CTW, TFS.
The model 1299 uses dynamic options to determine the sealing type, and it can flexibly support upcoming features and innovations. By simplifying the specifications for 1299, you can move from process connection requirements to a complete range of models more quickly and efficiently. Dynamic option codes simplify the selection process, reduce errors, and enable smarter configuration.
