The ECS700 control station cannot connect to the configuration server

The configuration server is located on the engineer station; the engineer station is working properly, but the operation station cannot connect to the configuration server. The software on the engineer station was reinstalled earlier, while the software on the operation station has not been altered

First, ping the engineer station’s IP address; go to the engineer station, click the Start button, then select System Global Options to check whether the configuration server’s IP address is set correctly. Previously, I encountered an issue where the configuration server could not be found; restarting the workstation resolved it.
