Everyone: Who can provide the power consumption data for various instruments and systems on site? Thank you!
You’re not conducting an energy management review, are you? It’s impossible to calculate the electricity and gas consumption shown on the meters, and it’s not necessary to include this in energy assessments. It cannot be saved or reduced, nor is it considered an important energy-consuming device
Perhaps the original poster needs to calculate the power consumption of each individual instrument in order to determine the total power consumption, which facilitates the design of the power supply system for those instruments. In the past, this was a very convenient thing: instrument manufacturers produced standardized unit combination instruments across the country, and it was easy to find out the power and gas consumption of each instrument. Detailed tables listing the power and gas consumption of various instruments could be found in manuals such as the \"Petroleum and Chemical Industry Automatic Control Design Manual,\" which served as a useful reference during design work. And now Wan Guo Instruments are being used, which has created some confusion – it’s unclear who is in charge.
The issue is too complex – the power consumption of instrument systems varies depending on the type of instruments. Generally, instruments that operate on 24V are connected to the system, and their power consumption is included in the overall system power usage, which complicates things. Are you asking about the power consumption per instrument individually, or rather the total power consumption including those instruments that rely on 24V power? What is the scale of the system? The power consumption of systems of different sizes is certainly different. What about instruments powered by 220V? It’s also different. . . How should I answer this?
We can only estimate! If precision is required, just use the electricity meter!
