No measures have been taken to reduce the flow rate (such as using throttling), yet the flow reading continues to decrease. Possible causes include: 1. Clogged filter. If the pressure drop before and after the filter is high, it indicates that debris has blocked it, and the filter should be cleaned. 2. The sensor impeller encounters obstructions or foreign objects enter the bearing clearance, resulting in increased resistance and a slowdown in speed. The impeller and sensors should be removed and cleaned. II. No display occurs when the fluid is flowing normally, and the value of the total count counter does not increase. Check the following: 1. Whether there are any foreign objects stuck in the impeller, and whether there is debris stuck in or damage to the shaft and bearings. Remove foreign objects, clean or replace damaged parts; after restoration, blow air on or manually move the impeller – there should be no friction sound. 2. Is there any looseness in the sensor connector? III. If there is a significant difference between the value displayed by the instrument and the value estimated based on experience, the following checks should be carried out. 1. Reasons related to pipeline flow, such as the absence of check valves leading to reverse flow. 2. Is the bypass valve properly closed, and are there any leaks?
