I’m looking to choose a hydrogen mass flow meter with a range of 0–180 kg/h, a pressure rating of 1.2 MPa, and operation at room temperature. The process requirements specify that the minimum measurable value should be 18 kg/h, and the readings need to be stable; anything that works well will do. Please recommend some options

Hydrogen is more suitable for thermal mass flow meters, ABB, E+H, FCI ……
Unstable when using a small flow rate with the rotor
It’s the Coriolis mass flow meter. The best and most stable ones I’ve used are those from Gaoyun; next come those from Kolon, and then there are those from E+H… I haven’t used any other brands. Some people mention caloric matter; I’ve heard of it but never used it. If the original poster chooses it, let me know – is caloric matter useful?

I have a question: won’t the use of 316L material in hydrogen flow meters cause hydrogen embrittlement?
The manufacturers here generally use thermal mass flow meters to measure hydrogen; firstly, such meters are less used in our area, and secondly, their price is much higher. Today’s calibration devices are fully equipped; generally, the accuracy for calibrating measuring gases is 1.5%, and better accuracy can be achieved if special requirements exist.
Since hydrogen is very light, the signal generated is weak; if a Coriolis mass flow meter is used, a DN40 diameter is recommended.
