Abnormal output from Siemens 300 AO module

Currently, one of the 8-channel 4-20mA analog output modules of the Siemens 300 PLC is not functioning properly; six channels are outputting 25mA, while two channels are working normally. Due to program encryption, it is not possible to enter the program to see what values are assigned to the channels with issues. I would like to ask the seniors here: what is the approach to solving this problem? Is it a hardware failure or some other issue? Additionally, this issue occurred after a power fluctuation caused the PLC to lose power.
First, replace the module, then test the replaced module.
The spare parts are on the way; we can only stop to replace it and see what happens
You can check whether the output load, such as the control valve, is functioning properly.
