Temperature transmitter sleeve and insertion depth

What are the required lengths for the outer protective sleeve and the insertion depth according to the temperature transmitter data sheet? Why is the length of the outer protective sleeve at some pipe ends zero? Is there no sleeve there? Seek answers from experts in instrument control. The person from the equipment department was completely confused :(. It would be great to have a simple diagram, thank you!
For sizes below DN80, the regulations require that the pipe diameter be increased – at least to DN80. Then, adding a flange neck of 150 mm results in a total diameter of 230 mm; you should insert at least 2/3 of this length. Some larger companies require the diameter to be increased to DN100. Then add a flanged neck, along with insulation and heating
Can it be understood that H is the length of the outer protective sleeve, and l is the insertion depth?
