Do the analysis reports from your factory show many faults?
Most failures are caused by problems with the preprocessing device.
Our company produces acetylene from natural gas, and there is a high demand for maintenance of oxygen analyzers in the cracking furnaces (magnetic mechanical oxygen analyzers). The laser oxygen analyzer from Hangzhou Juguang is used in the interlock system; it works fairly well, but due to process-related factors, low transmittance levels occur frequently. Also, HACH’s COD MA*I requires a lot of maintenance.
