The current situation is that the design institute has only provided the design drawings for the instruments, without any tables for statistical classification and summarization; does it need to be calculated manually in electronic form? Is it necessary to use DCS systems for bidding? Do any sea friends have any tables to share? Thank you
No need, the design institute will provide it. Don’t rush.
The design institute will provide you with the DCS specification sheet and the instrument data sheet
The design institute includes all of this in its work
There is a gauge data sheet, but it’s in the form of a blueprint. Will we use this blueprint to order pressure gauges, valves, and other items in the future?
Ask the design institute for it; inquire when the data sheet will be provided
The data sheet is available, but there’s no electronic version of the blueprint. Will we use the blueprint to purchase instruments in the future?
The design institute will provide electronic versions of the data sheets; if that’s not possible, at least a PDF version will be given. What kind of design firm is this?! ! ! If it’s not given, create an electronic version by yourself. :D
Wasn’t it stated during the bidding process that an electronic version needed to be provided?
1. The design institute’s blueprints include a DCS I/O table; the summary table needs to be classified and compiled manually. We provide a table for reference. 2. For instrument bidding, one must classify and consolidate them into packages by oneself; others cannot do this in place of you.
