I’m looking for recommendations for companies that are good at manufacturing diaphragms for remote pressure transmitters – specifically those that produce metal diaphragms and are capable of welding the diaphragms properly
1. Hehe. . . . . . The “metal diaphragm body” with the diaphragm welded on? Well, that’s just the sensitive part of the sensor, right! I really don’t know whether Yokogawa and Rosemount will sell this product to the original poster. . 2. In the event that foreign dogs are willing to sell them, well, those foreign dogs have their own ways; it’s the same with their dog whips as well. . . . Bro, I guess the original poster is afraid that they can’t afford it – foreign dog whips, right? Right, OP? {:3_51:} 3,. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
4. Oh. . . Bro, I misunderstood! . . What the original poster is asking about isn’t the δ component; they’re asking about the flange with a flat face. . . . .
5. Who is good at creating pancake faces? ,,, It’s not clear whose product it is; it’s just a large pancake-shaped face being sold separately. . . . . . . I think in Jining and Wuxi, they sell those big-faced ones? {:3_51:}
Yes, it’s that flange component. You’re familiar with this industry, right? These days, people just use laser welding to seal things off, but it’s not reliable; arc welding remains the better option, and roll welding is also reliable
This thing can even weld itself. . . We all throw them away. . .
For manufacturers of instrumentation, it’s convenient to have contact information for communication; thank you
