There are three thermal resistors in the same location, and one of them reads more than ten degrees higher; it has been determined that the issue lies with the wiring. How can this be resolved? Please help
If it’s determined that the wire is the problem, the fastest way is to replace it.
Inspect the damaged part of the wire and reconnect it
It’s best to replace it with another one; if something goes wrong somewhere along the way and it’s difficult to fix, it’s better to change the cable right away
Intermittently, series-parallel resistor correction can be used
Find a spare cable or spare core wire to use as a replacement
I’ll give you a solution: usually it’s the A wire that has a problem; use the B or C wire in place of A, and short-circuit the other two wires. Of course, this isn’t recommended. If conditions permit, switch the line or identify and fix the problem
If it’s confirmed to be a cable issue, then replace the cable...
If only one wire is damaged, it can be changed from a four-wire system to a three-wire system, or from a three-wire system to a two-wire system, provided that the precision requirements are not high
