Mandatory requirement: It must be sealed with a lead seal to prevent accidental closure or contact that could lead to a disruption in the gas supply and loss of control over the valves. 2 Rectification requirements (ready for immediate implementation): Immediate rectification – Install lead seals (CSO, full-open lock) on the air supply valves of all pneumatic valves. Alternative (standard-approved): 1. Remove the handle and store it in a designated place; reinstall it during use. 2. Secure the handle with a hose clamp/strap/wire to prevent accidental movement. 3. Replace the air supply ball valve with a self-locking function. 4. Label management: Attach a “Strictly Prohibited to Turn Off” warning label, indicating the seal number and the responsible person.
