On a pipeline within the factory area, 5 pressure sensors all suddenly showed a reading of 0, before returning to normal after a while. What’s going on? ! ! Seeking advice from experts: D
There is likely electromagnetic interference....
Check whether all 5 signals are on one card, and verify whether the card is functioning properly.
1. Check other measurement points along the pipeline to see if there is flow data available for reference; if those values change as well, determine whether such fluctuations are caused by other process operations or other factors; 2. I’m not sure how your signals are transmitted; generally, it’s unlikely for all 5 signals to be zero at the same time – it might be a problem with data collection ; 3. Check whether there is a problem with the upper part of the image, and see if similar issues occur at other measurement points on the image as well
On one of the card assemblies, check it once work stops. Thank you
I’ve thought about it; it seems like people were hired to do tests in the past. . .
Refer to the local pressure gauge, or a pressure measurement point on the same pipeline, to view the historical curve values at the same time.
1. The inspections were not conducted using the same safety barrier. 2. Check for any strong sources of interference in the vicinity. 3. Consult to determine whether it is due to process-related factors
