Do pressure gauges on pressure vessels fall under the equipment specialty or the instrumentation specialty?

In most of the units I have visited, the safety valves and pressure gauges on pressure vessels that are subject to mandatory inspection fall under the category of safety accessories, and thus belong to the equipment engineering or process piping specialty. It does not belong to the instrumentation specialty. I’m not sure how the units are divided among classmates – is there any basis for it?
There may be differences among various brands! Instrument valves can be grouped together!

It seems that in the new version of TSG, pressure gauges are listed as separate items and are no longer considered part of the safety accessories. But is it still the responsibility of the instrumentation specialists to conduct inspections on pressure gauges, whether those inspections are carried out by authorities or on a voluntary basis?
Thank you, I’m looking at the specifications. Most of them are submitted for inspection together under the equipment and piping specialty.
On-site instruments such as pressure gauges and thermometers fall under instrument design and selection during the design phase. After it is put into use, it is generally maintained and managed by process engineers.
