Experts: In industrial continuous production, it is necessary to control the pH value. The problem is that the liquid being measured is at a temperature of over 90 degrees; pH meters used to measure such temperatures may become ineffective within a few days. In some cases, cooling can prevent scaling and crystallization, allowing measurements to be taken after such cooling, but in other cases cooling leads to scaling and crystallization, which can cause blockages. Experts, how do you address the need for continuous measurement at high temperatures? I would appreciate your advice!

Mettler seems to be 120, ABB is 110, and Emerson says it’s over 100. The service life during continuous measurement at high temperatures is not clearly specified. If your operating conditions prevent cooling down (to below 90°C) due to crystallization, ask the manufacturer if they have any good solutions
