In denitration systems, what type of flow meter is generally used to measure ammonia flow?
Why ammonia gas and not ammonia solution? We are ammonia solution, and we use electromagnetic flowmeters
If cost is not a concern, it is best to use a mass flow meter, as it is beneficial for controlling the ammonia-to-air ratio. If cost is a concern, an orifice flow meter can be chosen; its accuracy is slightly lower than that of a mass flow meter.
Ammonia is non-corrosive, so regular gas flowmeters should work fine; a rotameter is recommended
