Seeking help with the issue of no switchover in redundancy for ABB\802F controller

Hello everyone. My 800F\802M controller was operating normally when suddenly its program was lost; both redundant controllers ended up in their initialization state, and all valves on site lost control. This same problem has occurred three times. What could be the cause? I’m seeking everyone’s help to analyze it. I’ve already called ABB’s headquarters, but they haven’t provided a clear answer yet
And it’s not just one pair of controllers; there are two different pairs. One pair is 802F, and the other is 803F. The software version is 2013 SP1 RU02
The manufacturer hasn’t responded either, so the chances of finding an answer here are even slimmer.
Regarding defects in the product itself, I’m afraid there’s nothing anyone can do about it.
