A extraction check valve is a valve that closes automatically when steam and/or water flow back from the extraction pipe toward the turbine itself. 1. The design, manufacturing, and acceptance standards for the exhaust check valve are based on ANSI B16.34, E101, or JB/T3595; its strength and sealing performance meet all the requirements specified in these standards. The valve is subjected to vacuum tests under vacuum conditions, and its overall service life meets the customer’s requirements. 2. The valve is equipped with a damping weight that can balance the torque on the closing element, preventing uncontrolled closure. 3. The valve disc is designed to be movably connected to the valve stem via a rocker, allowing it to self-center with the valve seat sealing surface and ensuring proper alignment of the sealing surfaces. 4. The valve seat sealing surface is tilted at a certain angle, which reduces the closing time, alleviates shock, and protects both the equipment itself and the pipelines. 5. The interior cavity of the valve features a streamlined design, which provides high flow capacity and reduces valve resistance. 6. The actuator is a spring-return type cylinder or hydraulic cylinder, and it operates independently of the valve closing element; a failure of the actuator does not affect the operation of the closing element. 7. Coating the inner wall of the cylinder or hydraulic cylinder with a wear- and corrosion-resistant layer can increase its lifespan, reduce operational resistance, and ensure that the valve operates smoothly and reliably. 8. The closing element is equipped with a limiting mechanism to prevent damage caused by excessive opening. 9. The actuator is equipped with an output for the valve switch position signal and an on-site indication of the valve’s open position.
