Accuracy issues of rail scales in top-mounted coke ovens

Is a static rail scale useful for measuring the amount of coal loaded per batch in a top-loading coke oven? I think just the coal truck weighs around 170 tons, with a coal carrying capacity of about 30 tons – can the accuracy be maintained over long-term use? Is there any other way to measure how much coal is loaded in each batch?
I haven’t seen much; I’ve only been exposed to static load cells, at Qianjiang Weighing. 300t。 It’s not the low precision for trading purposes; currently it’s three thousandths.
