How to simply ground anti-static flooring
At a point where there is a screw on the support column or frame steel, a grounding wire can be drawn to the grounding return bar; the floor bottom is made of iron plates and the support framework is conductive as well, so grounding at just one point is sufficient.
It seems there is only one obsolete industry standard. Simply put, weld flat steel strips around the perimeter and connect them to the ground grid through grounding bars; more strictly, each floor board should have at least one leg connected to the grounding bar.
Modern anti-static floors come equipped with grounding points, and they can be connected directly to the ground wire; however, attention should be paid to the circuit, power levels, and the effectiveness of grounding
