I won’t send you the circuit calibration record; it isn’t filled out according to an index table but rather based on the circuit diagram, which should include information such as the circuit diagram number. The form I have here is from the petrochemical industry, and the forms used by the Ministry of Chemical Industry are similar to this one. For control valves and isolation valves, individual testing requires a strength test of the valve, a leakage test, and if there are requirements regarding stroke time, then a record of that stroke time must also be kept, in addition to a gas-tightness test of the diaphragm head. This is something that must be done in accordance with the standards, and it should be reflected in the documents. The loop calibration record needs to be filled in according to the loop number on the circuit diagram; subsequently, the corresponding instrument tag numbers as well as the three measurement points at 0%, 50%, and 100% must also be entered. This is easier to fill out. The problem is that the design institute sometimes doesn’t provide the circuit diagrams, so there are no circuit numbers.
