The instrument ports on glass-lined equipment use slip-on flanges (see figure below). I would like to ask everyone: are there any special requirements for the connection and installation of instruments to pipe flanges, or is it installed in the same way as ordinary flanged pipes? Are the installation requirements specified by the instrument for the equipment the same as those for installing ordinary flanged pipe ends?

Thank you. The version of the specification standard from the equipment manufacturer is incorrect; it should be the 2006 version. Taking a thermometer as an example, what does DN125/40 mean? Does the flange with size 40 fit on a pipe with size 125? Is the instrument interface still connected via a DN40 flange?
I think the equipment should come with its own sleeve; the device’s connection port is 125, while the sleeve’s connection interface is DN40, or perhaps the flange connection port is DN40, for connecting the instruments
I encountered the same issue: should the connection flange for the instrument be determined directly based on what’s provided in the glass-lined equipment, or is it necessary to use a reducer to convert it into a connection flange suitable for instruments? If it is determined based on the provisions for glass-lined equipment, should the instrument flanges also be designed as slip-on flanges? (How to connect the loop flange to the instrument body)
It can be equipped using a standard steel flange. If it is smaller than the device outlet, an enamel reduced-diameter flange can be installed on it for transition.
