Can Fluke’s 710 valve tester be used to calibrate valve positioners (Fisher)?

I would like to ask those who have used it: can the Fluke 710 valve tester be used to calibrate Fisher valve positioners?
A valve tester should be a communicator with Hart functionality; it functions like a multi-functional multimeter, capable of measuring current and voltage as well as generating such values. It can also detect the position and signals of valve electrical positioners. I have already contacted the equipment manufacturer, and they stated that it can only be used for testing, not for calibrating Fisher positioners!
