Within the cable tray, the AC power supply circuits and instrument signal circuits should be laid separately using metal partitions. 6. When the cable is laid along the support, it should be tied down to prevent it from coming loose. 7. The clear distance between the openly laid instrument signal wires and electrical equipment with strong magnetic and electrostatic fields should be greater than 1.50 m; when shielded cables are used, or when the wires are placed in metal protective tubes or within covered metal cable trays, this distance should be greater than 0.80 m. After the cables are laid, cable ends should be prepared. 10. Compensation wires should be placed in protective tubes or laid in cable trays; they should not be buried directly in the ground. 14. When no switch or cold-junction temperature compensator is used between the compensation wire and the measuring instrument, it is advisable to connect the compensation wire directly to the instrument. 15. When connecting the compensation wire at the middle or ends, the polarity must not be connected incorrectly. 16. Instrument signal circuits, instrument power supply circuits, safety interlock circuits, compensation wires, intrinsically safe instrument circuits, and other special instrument circuits shall each use their own protective tubes.
Judging solely from the provided drawings, there are no issues
In the case of horizontal cable trays, the cables inside should be bundled together at regular intervals so that they lie evenly within the tray. Add one or three brackets at the corner; bundle the cables together with wire and lay them flat at the corner to prevent them from drifting toward the inside. In the case of vertical trough boxes, a fixing bracket should be installed every meter or so; the cables should be bundled together using wire to prevent them from all gathering on the lower side. Fixing brackets should also be installed at the elbows to prevent the cables from gathering all on the lower side.
What more can you ask for when laying instrument cables? It’s not realistic to have them in rows for each one; it’s good enough as it is. There are many requirements for the installation of electrical cables, which must be carried out in strict accordance with the specifications.
