Recommended mass flow meters with PFA lining

For this project, a mass flow meter with a PFA lining and density measurement functionality is required; its size should not exceed 2 inches, and there is a track record of supplying such meters to customers in the semiconductor industry. Give me a recommendation.
Never seen it before; the measuring tube is made of a special material
E+H, Emerson, and Kolon – go ask them; if they don’t have it, there’s no need to ask other companies
Emerson has them, lined with PTFE, with a minimum diameter of 80.
Emerson used to produce products for Japan and South Korea, but production has stopped now. The others are only electromagnetic and ultrasonic flowmeters; there are no mass flowmeters.
I need a mass flow meter, it can’t be electromagnetic.
Imported EMERSON models are available, as well as domestically produced Xi’an Dongfeng models.
