Maybe so. It’s just a minor issue, so they suggest sending it back to the factory. After the 1-year warranty period, a fee will be charged. I called the technical staff at Hefei Jingda; as soon as they heard there was a problem, they said nothing else except that a manual was needed in order to repair it at the factory. It’s really frustrating. I’ve submitted an application to the company; if that doesn’t work, I’ll just switch to a watch from another brand. The service they provide is really terrible
