Hello, everyone. I was wondering if anyone in the group has calculated the control rate; could someone share a sample table for us to discuss? Thank you
The control rate refers to the percentage of control loops that are under automatic control out of the total number of control loops. In fact, there is also the measurement of signal stability rate, as well as the utilization rate of interlock circuits. It can be abbreviated as three-rate control:lol:lol:lol:lol
This does not require a table; it is automatically calculated by the ERP or PIMS system, and is used to evaluate the instrument workshop and the process workshop.
