The type and size of the actuator should be specified, and the valve manufacturer should provide the air consumption of the valve (maximum and normal) ； 3. The design institute formulates gas consumption requirements based on the manufacturer’s data, and also takes extreme operating conditions into account to determine reasonable gas demand levels. 4. Based on the gas volume requirements and the availability of the units, the required compressor gas volume and the appropriate model will be determined. All of the above should be the responsibility of the design institute, and it will be specified in the technical specifications and quotation documents. The client can carry out a rough estimation; other user requirements as well as future expansion needs must also be taken into account. The actual calculations should still be left to the design institute.
