In my opinion, the description of the calibration steps for the pressure switch in the picture is extremely difficult to understand. I have revised it as follows; please help check if there are any further improvements that can be made 1 Verification of low-pressure switch alarm (following the fail-safe principle; taking the case of an alarm triggered by contact disconnection as an example, with the wiring connected to the normally open contacts). Slowly increase the pressure using a hand pump until it exceeds the set value, thereby causing the normally open contacts of the pressure switch to close; then slowly reduce the pressure back to the set value, at which point the contacts will disconnect. Record the pressure value at which the contacts disconnect (the operating value) ； Then continue to reduce the pressure to 95% of the alarm pressure, hold it for 1 minute, and then slowly increase the pressure. When the contacts of the pressure switch close again, record the pressure value at that moment (the recovery value) and make a note of it. 2 Verification of high-pressure switch alarm (following the fail-safe principle; taking the case of an alarm triggered by contact disconnection as an example, with the wiring connected to the normally closed contact). When the contacts of the pressure switch close again, record the pressure value at that moment (the recovery value) and make a note of it.
