Hello everyone! In our SCR denitration project, we are using Siemens’ online instrumentation, namely the CEMS system for real-time flue gas analysis. Currently, the CEMS system (ULTRAMAT 23) is not functioning properly; there are constant over-temperature alerts from the temperature controller in the condensation chamber. Moreover, Siemens’ technical staff are unable to arrive at the site in time to resolve the issue. Please help us analyze this problem. Thank you.
Since the manufacturer’s staff cannot be present, it is recommended that Siemens technicians provide guidance over the phone to help diagnose the issue step by step.
