International standards on systematic errors

Gentle experts, please help. Who knows which international standard can be found that mentions the “system error” during circuit testing?

From a professional perspective, the definition of systematic error is not exactly the same as what is commonly referred to as systematic error. What people often refer to as systematic error should, more accurately, be called loop error. It refers to the overall error of the entire measurement circuit, used to distinguish from the error of individual instruments. At this point, it is sufficient to treat the entire circuit as a single meter. Regarding the definition of loop error, reference can be made to GB/T 25921-2010 \"Specifications for the Inspection of Electrical and Instrumentation Circuits\". The definition of systematic error is given in the metrological technical specification JJF 1001 \"General Metrological Terms and Definitions\":
