No response was observed after the valve was opened, and the flow rate did not change. After the valve is closed, there is still 10 percent flow rate.
Re-calibrate the zero point after confirming that the valve is closed. Check if the pipeline is vibrating.
1 Remove the flow meter and place it on the ground to check whether it returns to zero, and see if there is any material stuck on the vortex generator. 2 The parameter settings must be correct; otherwise, the traffic indicator will show abnormal values. 3 The on-site installation is quite messy; instrument management needs to be improved.
It was zero when it was removed. My medium is oxygen
Low-pass filtering, or low-flow rejection
Even after the valve is closed, the indication is still caused by vibration; the flow rate remains unchanged when the valve is opened, which suggests that the settings aren’t correct. Please read the manual carefully.
Installation issue: the flow meter is not firmly fixed, resulting in errors caused by vibration.
Rosemount’s vortex flowmeters do not require zero calibration.
