Steam pipeline DN80, pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, temperature ≤ 150°C, used in outdoor environments in the north; I hope experts can suggest manufacturers of flow meters (domestic brands preferred), along with their models. Thank you!
Vortex flowmeters: for domestic brands, there is Chongqing Chuanyi; for joint-venture brands, there are Yokogawa, Rosemount, and Coriolis.
Orifice plates, nozzles, and Venturi tubes work all well; they are inexpensive.
It is recommended to use vortex flowmeters; those from Chongqing Chuanyi are quite good...
Without hesitation, the Yokogawa DY vortex flow meter – pressure compensation is preferred
For steam flow meters, orifice plates are the best choice as they provide stability, though their accuracy is not ideal. Vortex flow meters can also be used, but they are more affected by flow velocity and vibrations.
It can be measured using throttling devices such as orifice plates, but for reduced maintenance and stable operation, a vortex flow meter is better.
