One of the operating conditions in our company is dilute hydrochloric acid + calcium chloride, at a temperature of +155°C. Currently, pneumatic ceramic control valves are being used, and after about 2 months of use, the valve core either gets stuck or the ceramic valve core gets damaged. After research, it was found that clamp valves can solve this issue, but since they have not been used before, I am not very familiar with them. Is the adjustment accuracy of the pipe clamp valve on the same level as that of the single-seat valve?
The clamp valve has no adjustment function; it is merely a on/off valve

Clamp valves can be used to regulate flow; they have a simple structure. The rubber hose is the only part that comes into contact with the medium. When the hose opens and closes, the crystalline deposits are dislodged and carried away by the flowing medium, preventing the valve from sticking or getting clogged. The selection of rubber hoses is also crucial; they need to be resistant to corrosion and high temperatures.
