The lead wires of the temperature sensing element in the high-voltage motor are live (three-wire system); when measured with respect to ground, there is an alternating current of 20–50 volts present (one set of thermistors has a voltage close to 43 V, while the other 5 sets have a voltage of 26.7 V). What’s going on? Measuring resistance is good; the resistance values of all 6 sets of thermal resistors are pretty similar! (Voltage measurement and resistance measurement are both performed with the signal cable disconnected.)
Check whether the resistance protection tube is damaged; there’s surely no power when the motor is not in use. Check the grounding as well, and please let me know the results once you’ve checked

After the motor stopped, the voltage of the thermistor with respect to ground was 4–5 volts; however, the resistance of the thermistor to ground, as measured with a multimeter, was infinite!
The resistance protection tube is not visible because it’s inside the motor...
At the moment the motor starts, the temperature of one of the windings reaches its maximum value before returning to normal levels. In my opinion, this is caused by interference in the circuit, excessively high starting current of the motor, or aging of the insulation of the thermal resistors...
