The unit’s storage tank is equipped with a double-flange level gauge; the lower flange is clogged like this – can it still display the liquid level? As shown in the image
It is recommended to use plug-in double flanges; the insertion depth should be determined based on the flanges of your tank
If conditions permit, it is recommended to consider using a radar level gauge
It’s blocked, so the displayed liquid level is inaccurate.
Pressure transmission will definitely be affected; it is not allowed
For relatively static equipment, if there is sufficient funding, replacing it with a radar level gauge would cost around over 10,000 yuan for the anti-corrosion measures.
A float level gauge can also be used; there are anti-corrosion versions of them, but no solid materials should be present inside, as this could cause blockages.
