The flow meter works normally during the day, but malfunctions in the middle of the night, functioning well again in the latter part of the night. 2 units failed simultaneously. The site shows normal conditions; there is no display on the DCS or no ERR alarm. One of them works intermittently. Seeking help from experts or an analysis of the reasons.

Bring up the error code and take a look.
It is recommended to reseat the circuit board to see if the issue is caused by poor contact; open it up and check whether there is any moisture inside the case
Are ABB’s meter heads universal? The conductance meter we have here also uses such meter heads
I think this situation is caused by the host computer; perhaps there are settings related to timing or overflow in its data acquisition section.
