There are two methods for connecting steel mesh reinforced polyethylene composite pipes: electrothermal fusion welding and flange connection. It is possible to require that the end of the steel mesh reinforced polyethylene composite pipe connected to the flow meter use a flange connection; you can provide the corresponding flanges
You supply flanges with the pipe already attached; such flanges are integrated with the pipe, and they are rarely fabricated on-site – they are mostly prefabricated. If you insist on having it provided, have the design institute come up with specific specifications.

For pipes made of steel mesh reinforced polyethylene composite material, the internal heating element in the fittings is used to melt the outer plastic layer of the pipe together with the inner plastic layer of the fitting, thereby ensuring a secure connection between the pipe and the fitting. For swaged flanges used in pipeline flange connections, the requirements regarding material, specifications, standards, etc. must be specified.
