Installation of the external level gauge main unit: The base of the external level gauge main unit has 4 holes, allowing it to be fixed in different positions using bolts. Users can decide based on the working conditions. When installing the main unit of an external level gauge, it is recommended to use a gauge protection box in areas with low temperatures, in order to prevent extreme cold from affecting the proper operation of the level gauge ； In areas with high temperatures, the level gauge should be installed in a shaded area to prevent excessive heating inside the housing due to exposure to sunlight. The display screen of the external level gauge unit must not be exposed to direct sunlight for long periods of time. Installation of the external level gauge probe: The sensor must be aligned in the same straight line as the distance being measured. There are no obstacles such as pipes directly above the sensor. Stay away from the lower liquid inlet to avoid the impact of intense liquid flow on the measurements. Avoid the position of the upper liquid inlet to prevent intense fluctuations in the liquid level caused by liquid inflow, which could affect the measurements. It should be above the liquid outlet or drain port to prevent the impact of long-term sediment accumulation at the bottom of the tank on measurements. If this condition is not met, measures must be taken to ensure that the sediment at the bottom of the tank is removed regularly. The mounting surface on the container wall should have a diameter of at least Ф100; the surface roughness should be 1.6, and the inclination should be less than 3°.
