First, one should consider whether the production environments are the same, such as having the same range, but also whether they are resistant to acids and alkalis. Moreover, when submitting spare parts, you need to consider the likelihood of those parts being used. For example, the pressure transducer in the circulating water pipeline can, if nothing goes wrong, last for over a decade. Do you decide whether to report the spare parts or not? ? Today’s voltage transformers are quite durable; they do not experience excessive pressure (above the designed range), mechanical damage, or damage to the diaphragm boxes caused by inadequate insulation in winter. Actually, there is no need to prepare spare parts. You also need to consider production requirements; for example, in the case of critical interlock instruments, it is necessary to resolve any issues as soon as possible. You can’t wait for the procurement department to buy it for you, right? For the rest, those with less stringent production requirements can function just fine without spare parts.
