Why is there a sucking sound heard when it’s charged, but the air path doesn’t change? I tried several new ones, and the same situation occurred.
1. If it is a single electronic controller, it must remain powered in order to switch. A pulse DO point for dual control is sufficient. 2. If no switch is made, check whether the air circuit is connected incorrectly, whether the power supply has sufficient capacity, and whether there is damage inside the solenoid valve.
Have you installed the air inlets and outlets backwards? These days, they’re basically all pilot-operated, right?
It’s also possible that the pneumatic actuator is stuck and doesn’t move when switched
If the phenomenon described by the poster refers to the test condition when the solenoid valve is not installed, then yes, it will not switch. . . .
If it is of the pilot type, air supply is required
Are you using air to conduct the test, or blowing with your mouth? In the pilot-type version, it cannot be switched by blowing through the mouth; air supply from the main air circuit is required

These valves are all pilot-operated; a certain pressure difference in the inlet air is required for them to open. Simply powering them on is not sufficient – it’s not a fault, but rather normal behavior
