Siemens, Rosemount – they’re expensive; the others are okay
At Anhui Tiankang, a discrepancy of around 2 degrees was found between the header indication and the actual output.
It’s used very rarely; only once was the original 20% pressure control system insufficient, so I bought two of these for backup. They’re still in the warehouse and have never failed. I think the principle behind it is simple, so for less critical controls, brand doesn’t matter
Built by Renke, it features high precision and has not malfunctioned after over a year of use.
Shanghai Ziyi Plant 3 and Anhui Tiankang – they work okay
The Rosemount PT100 experiences significant vibration at the installation site, which causes damage to the PT100； The temperature-sensitive seal was not properly installed, and water ingress caused damage due to temperature changes.
Rosemount PT100s rarely get damaged; it’s convenient to replace the display screen and the resistive element
Rosemount sensors are a bit more expensive. I was wondering if there are any fake Rosemount temperature sensors available in China; when several such sensors are installed on air compressors, the readings give inaccurate values.
