The control valve adjusts the valve position manually via an intelligent PID regulator; now the button of this intelligent PID regulator is damaged and needs to be replaced. Which brand is better? The valve opening degree is required to be 0.05% each time it is opened.
Buttons shouldn’t have anything to do with precision; to put it simply, buttons merely serve to connect and disconnect, while the way in which output is generated depends mainly on the algorithm of the regulator

Smart PID regulator? What is the difference from an intelligent valve positioner? Improving the adjustment accuracy should be something the positioner is capable of doing; however, is a requirement of 0.05% per opening degree too high?
