I’m not familiar with filter pressure reducers. Please help me configure it. There are two ways to supply gas: one is by using high-pressure nitrogen at 17 MPa, but I’m very concerned about the purity of this nitrogen; I suspect it may contain moisture. It would be necessary to reduce the pressure to 200 KPa at most. I’ve seen the pressure regulators made by Shanghai Dunyang, model R11. As for the other filters, I’m not sure how they should be matched – are the same filters used for removing impurities and moisture? 2 is to use an air compressor, which can generate a pressure of 6 kilograms; the pipes need to be run from the outside to the indoor air-conditioned area, and I’m also concerned about condensation water. Could everyone help me figure out what products should be installed on these two lines in order to meet the technical requirements?

The main issue to address is moisture; nitrogen should be dry nitrogen, and there are specialized dew point meters for testing this. There should be a set of pressure relief valve assemblies, including self-acting automatic pressure regulators and safety valves. An air purification system can also be installed depending on the usage volume. If nitrogen is used, safety considerations are required to determine whether asphyxiation could occur.
Equipment is powered by gas; unless it’s a sealed device, cylinders and similar equipment shouldn’t be driven using nitrogen, right? It’s fine in the short term, but it causes problems over the long run.
