For DI cards, does grounding any cable cause the fuse to blow? What is the exact reason for this?
The possibility of the DI card being damaged is relatively low; it generates signals to the control system by turning signals on and off. It should be at the DO point, right? At the DI point, shorting it out means the signal is turned on, right? This represents only my personal opinion.
Another possibility is that your feedback signal is 220V; under normal circumstances, this should not cause the fuse to blow

DI units generally come with isolation protection, so they usually don’t burn out. If DO is an active output and the positive and negative signals are connected together, it may burn out the circuit board.

What does it mean by electrical terminal grounding...? Your DI is generally not connected to a keyed switch with or without a lock, or to the auxiliary contacts of a contactor. What does electrical grounding-related shutdown have to do with your DI? ? ?
