For one of our products, it needs to be washed with water. After washing, the mixture settles into layers, and then the material is transferred – first the liquid layer is transferred, followed by switching the valve to transfer the middle layer; finally, the valve is switched again to transfer the water layer as well. Currently, it relies on manual labor and visual inspection based on experience; now we’re looking for a method that doesn’t require human intervention. I’m seeking help from experts!
It is not known what the viscosity of the material is, nor what the specific gravities of the three substances are. To select the appropriate instrument, specific process conditions such as the medium, temperature, pressure, specific gravity, and viscosity must be provided in order to determine the best option.
