CENTUMVP Failed to accept licenses

Hello, experts. After installing CENTUMVP, I encountered an error when trying to accept the licenses: Error: Failed to accept licenses: Error=C000000000000643. What could be the problem and how can it be resolved?
Same question: it’s the same 643 code, and the Yokogawa engineers don’t know what’s going on either; they say it’s a system issue. I reinstalled WIN10, and then the allocation worked fine
