The main difference between a safety monitoring and early warning system and a DCS is that a safety early warning system generally issues warnings for unsafe conditions by analyzing monitored data; it is usually static, whereas a DCS requires human operation for monitoring, making it an interactive and dynamic process
The surveillance system installed by the company itself only includes cameras; it’s not the same as a security monitoring and warning system, right? Is it necessary to set up a separate security monitoring and warning system?
It’s not a single system; a video surveillance system can be integrated with a security warning system, and DCS data can also be incorporated, via Ethernet or other communication methods
There is no difference at all. It’s just called by different names; one is called DCS, and the other is called GDS
